WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will engage in an exciting dialogue which aims at making metropolitan life easier with JIVR | Bike and JIVR | Scooter. You will be empowered to create opportunities and appeal to an entirely new category of consumers by providing e-bikes that enhance the riding experience. You will be directly contributing to the success of JIVR | Bike Sales Team and you will co-create our premium brand.
We're looking for an ambitious person, who will join our Marketing Team. As a Social Media and Community Specialist, you'll be responsible for content creation, constant interaction with our customers and social media community management.

Creating content for social media platforms
Manage communities of our fans and customers on Social Media;
Maintain constant interaction with our customers and other interested parties via Social Media;
Build and execute social media strategy to build good relationships with community members;
Monitor information about product feedback on social networking sites and report them to the Support team;
Follow information about JIVR on various websites;
Manage social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Internet forums;
Collaborate with other departments.
Minimum 1 year of experience in online community or social channel management - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Reddit, Internet forums;
Experience in Social Media content creation;
Understanding of social media platforms - Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram;
Ability to moderate and monitor discussions on forums and Facebook groups;
Fluency in spoken and written English to collaborate with your team and communicate on forums and social media sites;
Knowledge of brand tracking tools such as Brand24 etc.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience in community management;
Experience in working with a social media agency;
Knowledge of a foreign language other than English;
