E-Bike Product Manager (Kraków or remote)

Main duties:
• Responsibility for both existing and new products management;
• Creation of products’ technical and functional specification;
• Cooperation with designers, engineers and other stakeholders in new product development;
• Communication with production partners and sourcing department;
• Cooperation with marketing and sales teams in terms of product strategy creation and execution;
• Determining the technical parameters of the products, introducing changes to documentation in accordance with the adopted assumptions;
• Optimisation of new solutions developed as part of ongoing orders;
• Product support and close cooperation with the team of electrical engineers and the sales & marketing department.
What we are looking for:
• Good knowledge of electric micro-mobility vehicles, in particular e-scooters and e-bikes frame and product design principles with relevant experience - city bikes, MTB, trekking (this is a must have);
• Good knowledge of product design and product management standards and trends in the industry;
• Experience in being a part of and co-leading a product development team;
• Experience and good understanding of supply chain characteristics in the industry;
• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role;
• Good command of English language (B2/C1, technical) - we’ve got a multinational team and suppliers across the world;
• Positive attitude and ability to organise oneselves work;

Main duties:
• Research of new suppliers and procurement sources at a global scale;

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:
Volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de online verkoopprestaties van het merk - van eigen online winkel tot samenwerking met andere online retailers,
Creatie van de e-commercestrategie en -plannen van het bedrijf, online winkelbeheer samen met verbonden processen - magazijnvoorraadbeheer,
Bijdrage aan de creaties van het merk, d.w.z. fotoshoots, video's, PR-releases, productrecensies,
Het opzetten en beheren van de marketingtrechter van de online winkel, inclusief de prestaties van elke stap,
SEO- en SEM-beheer, samen met ons digitale marketingbureau,
Samenwerking met dealers, distributeurs en agenten over de hele wereld,
Distributie en beheer van advertentiebudget,
Begeleiden van zoekmachine- en social media advertentiecampagnes,
Samenwerking met andere afdelingen, waaronder Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Financiën en de Raad van Bestuur. Creatie van e-mailmarketingcampagnes voor zowel koude als warme leads,

VEREISTEN:
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in e-commerce winkelbeheer - meer dan 100.000 jaarlijkse advertentiebudget en 8x ROAS - bewijs vereist, Ervaring in het runnen van e-commerce campagnes voor premium producten in de prijsklasse van 500 - 1.000,ge,
Goede kennis van het Shopify-platform,
Ervaring in het uitvoeren van e-commerce campagnes in buitenlandse markten, met name het VK, Duitsland, Benelux, Frankrijk, Spanje of de VS,
Ervaring in de micro-mobiliteitsindustrie zou een voordeel zijn,
B2C e-commerce marketingervaring is verplicht, Goede beheersing van Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar, FB Ads Manager,
Kennis van HTML is een pré,
Goed gesproken en geschreven Engels (min. B2).
