  • E-Bike Product Manager (Kraków or remote)

    Main duties:

    • Responsibility for both existing and new products management;
    • Creation of products’ technical and functional specification;
    • Cooperation with designers, engineers and other stakeholders in new product development;
    • Communication with production partners and sourcing department;
    • Cooperation with marketing and sales teams in terms of product strategy creation and execution;
    • Determining the technical parameters of the products, introducing changes to documentation in accordance with the adopted assumptions;
    • Optimisation of new solutions developed as part of ongoing orders;
    • Product support and close cooperation with the team of electrical engineers and the sales & marketing department.

    What we are looking for:

    • Good knowledge of electric micro-mobility vehicles, in particular e-scooters and e-bikes frame and product design principles with relevant experience - city bikes, MTB, trekking (this is a must have);
    • Good knowledge of product design and product management standards and trends in the industry;
    • Experience in being a part of and co-leading a product development team;
    • Experience and good understanding of supply chain characteristics in the industry;
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role;
    • Good command of English language (B2/C1, technical) - we’ve got a multinational team and suppliers across the world;
    • Positive attitude and ability to organise oneselves work;

    Main duties:

    • Research of new suppliers and procurement sources at a global scale;

    RESPONSABILITÉS:

    Pleine responsabilité de la performance des ventes en ligne de la marque - de sa propre boutique en ligne à la collaboration avec d'autres détaillants en ligne,
    Création de la stratégie et des plans de commerce électronique de l'entreprise, gestion de la boutique en ligne ainsi que des processus connectés - contrôle des stocks d'entrepôt,
    Contribution aux créations de la marque, c'est-à-dire séances photo, vidéos, communiqués de presse, critiques de produits,
    Configuration et gestion de l'entonnoir marketing de la boutique en ligne, y compris la performance de chaque étape,
    Gestion SEO et SEM, en collaboration avec notre agence de marketing digital,
    Collaboration avec des revendeurs, distributeurs et agents à travers le monde,
    Répartition et gestion du budget publicitaire,
    Supervision des campagnes publicitaires sur les moteurs de recherche et les réseaux sociaux,

    EXIGENCES:

    Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de magasin de commerce électronique - plus de 100 000 budget publicitaire annuel et 8x ROAS - preuves requises, Expérience dans la gestion de campagnes de commerce électronique pour des produits haut de gamme dans la gamme de prix 500 - 1 000,ge,
    Bonne connaissance de la plateforme Shopify,
    Expérience dans la gestion de campagnes de commerce électronique sur des marchés étrangers, en particulier au Royaume-Uni, en Allemagne, au Benelux, en France, en Espagne ou aux États-Unis,
    Une expérience dans le secteur de la micro-mobilité serait un plus,
    Une expérience en marketing e-commerce B2C est obligatoire, Bonne maîtrise de Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar, FB Ads Manager,
    Des connaissances en HTML seraient un plus,
    Bon anglais parlé et écrit (min. B2).
